Jeffrey Vincent
Jeffrey Vincent is a Western New York-based contemporary painter and multimedia artist who has been working professionally since 2002. Born with a deep focus on figurative abstraction, he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the Cleveland Institute of Art and later graduated with a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from the prestigious Hoffberger School of Painting at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) in 2012. Currently living and working in Buffalo, New York, Vincent’s dynamic works address the psychological state of the individual trapped within modern Western society. His art directly responds to prevailing social fractures, political anxieties, and ongoing environmental crises. Vincent has exhibited at the Burchfield Penney Art Center, Buffalo, NY, Artists Archives of the Western Reserve (AAWR) Cleveland, OH, Hallways Contemporary Arts Center, Buffalo, NY, Ghost Print Gallery, Richmond, VA and (e)merge Art Fair, Washington, DC.
