the porcelain in this work is pigmented and applied like paintThe work is created by building up thin layers of pigmented liquid porcelain so that they emerge from the kiln as shell-like paper. The dimensional line element is a stacks of layered pigmented porcelain cut into a strip and arranged atop the porcelain paper.
